Payment is accepted in either GB Pounds or Euros and by either cheque or bank transfer.

A deposit of 25% of the total rental cost is required to confirm the booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks before the holiday start date. A security deposit of £150 (225 Euros) is required to cover any breakages or damage. The cheque for the security deposit will be returned to you approximately 2 weeks after the end of your holiday.

Guests are asked to arrive at the property after 16:00hrs and vacate the property by 10.00:hrs. This is to allow adequate time for the house to be prepared for the guests arriving on the day you depart.

Full directions and instructions for the property will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks prior to departure.
